Tsubaki developed a seamless solid bush using our unique processing expertise. The high-precision solid bush and special lube grooves increase the retention of lubricant and doubles the wear life.
Tsubaki developed a rust preventative pre-lube that minimizes tackiness, a common request from our customers. The new G8 Series also has1. 2 times longer wear life than G7.

Tsubaki’s pioneering Match and Tag service is unique to Tsubaki and guarantees accurate chain length down to a fraction of a millimeter. Chains are therefore properly synchronized, providing consistent performance.

- Due to the small pitch of these chains, the drive design is smaller.
- Usually, sprockets with a large number of teeth are used. The chain speed does not vary significantly as the chain engages with sprockets. With less impact, there is also less noise generated as a result of the impact between the roller and sprocket tooth.
